Welcome to Kimpton Palladian Hotel. At this time, we have not fully reopened. We hope to reopen late Summer 2022.

We're continuing to monitor developments and following guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and the State of Washington. To help safeguard your health and best serve you during your stay with us, we've made necessary modifications to our amenities and services. In addition to our rigorous standard housekeeping routines, we've increased the frequency of our cleaning procedures and have put in place additional measures to enhance our disinfection protocol in public areas.

Guest Amenity Fees:

  • Guest Amenity Fees are being waived at this time.

Signature Kimpton Programs:

  • Where can I find coffee in the morning?
    • Morning Coffee Service available by request only at the Front Desk from 6:00a.m. until 10:00a.m. Coffee makers can be provided upon request.
  • Morning Kick-Start will feature a "Kimpton Get Up + Go" playlist and complimentary access to Press Reader content on guests' personal devices.
  • Evening Social Hour will now offer an opportunity to unwind and relax over a glass of wine or a cold beer in the comfort of your room. Visit the front desk for additional details.
  • Kimpton bikes are available on a first come first served basis. An additional layer of disinfection will be taken prior to bike check out.
  • Robes for use during your stay are available upon request.
  • In-room Spa Services have been suspended.

Parking Services:

  • Valet parking is currently suspended. Self-parking is available at the Third + Steward Garage. Palladian Hotel Guests receive a discounted rate of $25 per night. Reservations required. Text us directly at (425) 659-3548 for more information.

Housekeeping Services:

  • To protect the safety of our guests and employees, our housekeeping service is completely contactless. This means that our housekeeping team will not enter your room during your stay. Our team will check in daily via text (or by dialing "0" on your room phone) to offer contactless delivery of towels, sheets or trash pick-up. You can also text us directly at (425) 659-3548 to request delivery at any time including our "Forgot It, We Got It" items such as a toothbrush or razor.
  • We have removed certain guest room items (think throw pillows, pens/paper, books and robes) as a precautionary measure or in some cases made changes to other in room amenities. Learn more about Kimpton's Approach to Clean.


  • In need of a snack or a cold drink? Stop by the front desk to purchase a variety of mini-bar items from our pop-up bodega.

Dining Services:

In-Room Dining:

  • In Room Dining is available for guest room contactless delivery for Dinner, 7-days a week, and Brunch on Weekends. Place an in-room dining order by calling Shaker + Spear directly from your room phone.

Concierge Services:

  • Looking for ice? For your safety, we have suspended our in-floor ice machine service in lieu of contactless delivery. Contact us (425) 659-3548 and we'll take care of the rest.

Fitness Center:

  • For the health and safety of our guests and employees, our fitness center is temporarily closed.
